01Arrival

The door was open before we reached it.

Day 1 · 1:40 pm. Your driver meets you at Liberia airport. Pickup is included for up to 8 guests.

02First swim

By five, even Grandpa was in the pool.

Day 1 · 3:00 pm. The kitchen is stocked from the list you sent us before you flew.

03Dinner

We stayed at the long table until the kids fell asleep.

Day 1 · 7:00 pm. Dinner whenever you want it. You only pay for the groceries.

04Morning

Breakfast was on the table. Again.

Surf at nine, a catamaran at four. I didn’t book either one.

Day 3 · concierge. Surf lessons at Playa Avellanas, the catamaran, Beach Club entry, dinner reservations.

We came back and the house had reset itself.

What is True Vacation?

Private villa living with full-service hospitality: we plan, coordinate and handle the details so your group can simply arrive, gather and enjoy. It’s the privacy of a villa with the warmth of a boutique team.

What’s included in every stay?

A Costa Rican breakfast cooked by your staff every morning, daily cleaning, a concierge before and during your stay and airport pickup from Liberia for up to 8 guests. Lunch and dinner are cooked on request, and you pay only for the groceries. The Beach Club is open to our guests at a guest rate, which we confirm in your proposal.

Can you stock the villa before we arrive?

Yes. Send us your list, your group’s favorites and any dietary needs, and the kitchen is stocked before you walk in.

Can you arrange transport?

Yes. Share your flight details and group size and we plan it with you. Pickup from Liberia is included for up to 8 guests; for a bigger group we add a second vehicle and show it in your proposal.

How do you handle allergies and dietary needs?

We take them seriously. Tell us about allergies, restrictions and preferences, and we build them into the plan so everyone can eat comfortably.

How private is it?

Your group has the entire villa. Our team is there when you want them, with a professional, discreet presence that respects your pace.

How do check-in and check-out work?

We send clear instructions and coordinate your arrival. Times vary by villa, and we do our best to accommodate your group when availability allows.
